Matt Moss 9 May 2011 Round 4 MX Nationals Murray Bridge SA

JDR Motorex KTM’s Matt Moss retained the Pro Lites lead in the 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals, Australian Motocross Championship, on Sunday at Murray Bridge in South Australia.

On a day where KTM Australia’s factory squad operated by JDR Motorsports endured a difficult round, Moss and the team continue to head the series by 37 points after four of nine rounds.

Moss finished with 7-2-16-10 results aboard his JDR Motorex KTM for seventh overall, directly behind teammate Brenden Harrison, who was the top performing JDR rider for the round.

"I’ve been in America for the last three weeks and I felt like I was riding awesome, but I didn’t ride since Wednesday and I still had a bit of jet lag," 22-year-old Moss said. "No excuses though, it just wasn’t my day after some bad starts and luck today. My team and I will keep working though and I look forward to Toowoomba."
