The Serco Yoshimura Yamaha team endured a tough weekend at round three of the Rockstar Energy MX Nationals, held at Raymond Terrace, with all three riders battling the conditions and other riders in the hotly contested Pro Lites class.
Jake Moss took small steps in his recovery earning points in all four motos and challenging the front runners early in most races until his time off the bike through injury took its toll. Moss claimed 12th for the round.
“For me, it’s not about results yet. It’s about regaining fitness and speed at a sensible rate and getting the track time to do it. I felt better today and came along way in the last week and now with nearly a month break before the next round, hopefully I can keep progressing at the same rate,” Moss said.
