November 2011 Matt wins 2011 Supercross Nationals

Matt  captured his third career Pro Lites title in the Super X, Australasian Supercross Championship, at Ipswich in Queensland on Saturday night, 19 November.

Matt, scored his fourth win in five attempts this season for the JDR Motorex KTM team aboard the 250 SX-F, taking control of the traditional 15-lap main event and sealing the title in style with a win by 29 points.

"Today was a great day, because coming in with a 22-point lead my nerves were pretty settled," Matt said. "I sat in second for most of the race before going into the lead and it means so much to me to wrap up the championship with a win.

"I'm heading off the America next year for the same team, so everything around me is great, the people are amazing to work with and I'm so happy to be with KTM. This is a dream come true for me because when you're happy, the results show it."
"I've worked closely with my dad Greg Moss from Moss Institute and I'm now ready to take on the AMA after winning this title"
Matt will head to the United States early next month to commence his return to the AMA Supercross and Motocross series, riding for the Australian-owned JDR Motorsports team  KTM and representing Moss Institute.
